By accessing or using Legal Mind Master ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Legal Mind Master is an online educational platform that provides study tools for bar examination preparation, including the California Bar Examination and the Uniform Bar Examination (NextGen format). Features include interactive mind maps, flashcards, learning paths, issue spotting practice, spaced repetition review, study time tracking, and AI-powered study features. The Service is intended as a supplementary study aid and does not replace professional bar preparation courses or legal advice.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update it as needed.
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain full access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
You agree not to: (a) share your account with others; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) interfere with the operation of the Service; or (e) redistribute content from the Service without permission.
All content, design, and features of the Service are owned by Legal Mind Master and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Service without prior written consent.
Certain features of the Service use artificial intelligence provided by Anthropic. AI features include essay grading, practice question generation, term chat, and Ask Lexi. Monthly usage limits for AI features reset on your billing cycle date. AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should not rely on AI output as a substitute for your own legal analysis or professional guidance. By submitting content to AI features (such as essay responses), you grant us a limited license to process that content through our AI provider for the purpose of delivering the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate or complete. Legal terms, definitions, learning path groupings, and study materials may contain errors or may not reflect the most current legal standards. AI-generated content, including essay feedback, practice questions, and term chat responses, may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as authoritative legal analysis. See our Disclaimer page for additional important notices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legal Mind Master shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
