Invasion of privacy by intentionally intruding on plaintiff's solitude or private affairs in manner highly offensive to reasonable person. No publication required. Physical or electronic intrusion into private space, eavesdropping, illegal surveillance. Must be area where plaintiff has reasonable expectation of privacy.
