A person who enters another's land for a purpose related to the landowner's business or for the mutual benefit of both parties. Invitees are owed the highest duty of care in premises liability - the landowner must inspect the premises, discover hidden dangers, and either make them safe or warn about them. This classification creates greater liability than for licensees or trespassers.
